Blazar Lens provides a one-year warranty on all products.
Unless there are special cases or problems, Blazar Lens does not accept returns without reason. If you need to return a product, please refer to the following return policy:
Unopened Products: Within one year of purchase, authorized dealers may accept returns of unopened products in resalable condition at their discretion.
Opened Products: Blazar Lens generally does not accept returns for opened products without defects.
Defective Products: If you encounter a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact alice@blazarlens.eu with supporting materials and photos. We will promptly replace the defective product at no cost.
Price competition: Undercutting prices or engaging in activities that harm the brand image is strictly prohibited.
False advertising: Please comply with all relevant laws and regulations and avoid making false or misleading claims.
Shipping Times: Please note that during sales periods, shipping times may be affected by increased order volume and possible production chain interruptions. Thank you for your understanding.
